In 2011, Shahbaz Bhatti, a Pakistani minority minister, was murdered after a lifetime of defending the most defenseless from attacks. They were attacked for belonging to a particular religion, especially the Christian religion. He was one of the defenders of the Christian Asia Bibi, who was accused of blasphemy and is still in prison today.
His brother, Paul Bhatti, decided to continue his legacy and to do this he created the association Missione Shahbaz Bhatti Onlus (MSB). As when his brother was alive, this association seeks to promote religious freedom and to help all victims of religious discrimination and any attempt against freedom of religion.
There is more information on the Missione Shahbaz Bhatti Onlus website.
