Hinna Parvez is a Pakistani girl exiled in the United Kingdom. She explains her experience and emphasizes dialogue and the value of her own faith as a starting point for the Christians from Pakistan.
In the midst of aggravated persecution of Christians in Pakistan, I have heartfelt sympathy for Pakistani Christians, who do not know any other way of life than accepting scorn because of their faith. Despite the bleak situation in Pakistan, I am hopeful to rebuild the self-respect of persecuted Christians, in however big or small way, by writing about the life of Christians in Pakistan and helping them see a life they deserve as human beings.
I believe that it is only after planting a positive seed of confidence in hearts of Christian minority that equality can be promoted and accepted by Christians in Pakistan. However, we cannot move forward until we raise awareness of Christian persecution in Pakistan, accept their hardships as Christians and then act together to make a difference.
