Hungarian prime minister, Viktor Orbán, invited people to defend the roots of Christianity during the “Government Conference for Persecuted Christians.”
Hungary, for a year now, has been especially involved in the defense of Christians in Africa and the Middle East. In fact, Hungary was the first country to dedicate a specific ministry to persecuted Christians.
The conference, which took place from October 11 to 13, relied on numerous interventions among which political and ecclesiastical personalities were highlighted.
