British Prime Minister shows solidarity with persecuted Christians in Near East

In his message on Christmas Eve, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson expressed his concern for the Calvary experience being lived by Christians in the Near East. He said he supports all the faithful around the world who are persecuted for their religious beliefs.

“For them, Christmas Day will be observed privately, in secret and perhaps even in a cell. As prime minister, that is something I want to change. We support Christians everywhere. We stand in solidarity with them, and we defend their right to practice their faith,” he declared.
